Just a quite relaxing jog in this morming, its amazing how much difference a few minutes makes, it was still just under 50 mins this morning but I felt like I had been walking. :-) After my ride yeasterday I am keen to get back on the bike, I think it could be a stint on the trainer this evening. I am going to try some intervals, apparently they should result in an increase in power - it I do them correctly and with enough enthusiasm. Watch this space.
