How exciting - Tomorrow I am to be photographed for the local paper. I must admit not really looking forward to it - I'm sure I will feel a bit of a twit - but you never know it might generate a bit of sponsorship and will help to get Future Perfect in to the public eye again.
I think I shall give it an hour or so and then have a session on the trainer.
