Another productive day, got 37 miles in - I am currently 19 miles ahead of my target for the week, however I don't think that I will be able to get the miles in on Saturday that I had hoped, so I suspect that by the end of Saturday I will be back on track if not a little behind. This morning was so cold, the frost on the cars was a little off-putting to say the least. I really had to force myself out of the house. Once I got out it was quite go, it the four jumpers worked a treat - my hands however hurt they were so cold. The cycle home was hard work, the first 10 miles or so my legs didn't want to know, up oddly as it got a bit hillier they started to conform to my wishes a little better. Odd really.
