It was hard work today, got myself out of bed ok but it sort of went down hill from there - well I guess it went more up hill to be honest. My legs were not my own this morning, had to really stick at it head wanted me to head straight to work, but I forced myself into a tour of the local villages. Mottram - Stalybride - Carrbrook - Greenfield - Mossley (Top) - Ashton - Audenshaw - Denton them back to Audenshaw and coffee. Got a few extra miles in on the way home so a total of 34 on the day.
