Still taking it very easy, my knee appears to be OK, oddly I can't decide if the other one is coming out in sympathy. The other odd thing is that I find it more of a chore cycling straight to and from work that cycling around the world to get there. Hoping to get out on Saturday for a decent length ride. Might need to do laps of somewhere rather than going far afield just in case my knee starts to play up.
