An ace ride in this morning, up and out of the house by 4:50 - earliest yet. Managed to get 45 miles before getting to work at 7:40 ish. Really pleased - will not have tiome after work to do anything more than ride home, still that will make 50 for the day and 200 for the week so far. If I can do the same again tomorrow I will be set up for a couple of longer rides at the weekend and a new weekly record.
Also did the last run through of the assembly to year 9 - that appears to have been well recieved - I must admit I enjoyed it.
