The day got off to a very early start. I needed to be in work to meet with some students at 7:20, so when I woke up at 4:40 I guessed it was my body telling me to get up and get out - so not one to argue I got up, and was fed, watered and on the road by 5:15. Got to work at 7, 30 miles covered and feeling very happy with myself. I had hoped to get out of school on the bell and get another 20 miles in on the way home. Unfortunatly didn't quite do it - I left a bit late and only squeezed in 15, still todays 45 puts me on 150. Hoping to top 50 tomorrow as I know I will not be able to do 50 on Friday (too many family things happen on a Friday)
