I very casual walk to work this morning. Legs feel ace, there is no stiffness or aching. I am almost as pleased as I was yesterday. A fair amount of support and encuragment from the members of the PE office added to my mood - so at the mo all is very good. I moght also have sorted out a bit of company for a few rides over the mext couple of weeks - which will make the time pass much faster. Yesterday felt long - yesterday was long but I my head, legs, knees and behind coped better than I had hoped.
